The property was very peaceful and quiet, with no crowds of people. Loved the pool area with the beautiful green surroundings and stylish sun beds, great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The suite itself was stunning also - super chic, spotless and comfortable! Overall the location was great - short drive to see the ruins and to Agrigento city centre! The only thing that I’d consider a small ‘minus’ is that there is a main road right next to the resort, so when outside by the pool, you can hear the cars pass by - BUT honestly considering how excellent everything else was and the overall value for the money, this didn’t ruin the experience for us! In the suite itself, it was super quiet and you couldn’t hear any noise at all. I would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to come back again! Thank you Krizia and Concetta! ☺️

Featuring a garden with a free outdoor pool, Doric Eco Boutique Resort & Spa is 2 km from the UNESCO-protected Valley of the Temples. The property offers a traditional restaurant, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. This was a great base for touring around the Agrigento area. The main appeal for us was the private pool each room had. In summer, after a whole day off walking in the heat, relaxing in a pool with a bottle of wine and some snacks was the best. If it was winter, this would need less appealing. The room otherwise was very compact but clean and modernly appointed. Bed comfortable for us. The aircon is a bit noisy at night. We didn't have breakfast, instead we headed to local towns for coffee and cornetto. Are at the restaurant once. It was very good. But it's all about those private pools!

Large, warm room with all the creatures comforts (kettle, tv, bath, lifts) and the balcony with fantastic views over the Valley of Temples. 24 hour reception with an actual person greeting us, taking bags to the room booking a table in the hotel restaurant for dinner etc. It truly was the place to recharge our batteries during our travel across Sicily!
