It's best not to believe what is said about Jamaica, experiencing Jamaica for yourself is better, for sure! Speaking English and Spanish at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always at hand to help. I liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.

Their customer service was impeccable, something I have been quite disappointed with in Jamaica on a whole. It was a breath of fresh air to have staff so genuinely friendly.
