There is an on-site drinks vending machine. The landscapes were amazing, the open air onsen was an incredible experience. We enjoyed the enlightened small garden at night!

The room was perfect, the location unbeatable, the personnel very good and the breakfast! the one in the lobby bar was the very best, but the one upstairs was also very very good and the staff was top.

Location is amazing, love that it's right near the Yamanote line Shimbashi station, and this hotel has a bus stop for the Airport Limousine. It was a nice trip from Narita just a couple stops along the way to drop off other travellers. Restaurants and 7Eleven and FamiliyMart nearby. Room was big and clean and comfortable.

Japanese dishes are offered for both breakfast and dinner. We loved the staff, kanna made our trip such an amazing memory and we wish her the best as she has been an absolute delight ! We recommend you also take the option to have breakfast and diner included as the experience is very pleasant. Hopefully we can come back soon, in the meanwhile take care Kanna !

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. Just 500 metres from Miyanoshita Station, it offers indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and a restaurant in a converted Imperial Villa called Kikka-so Inn. Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. The location in Miyanoshito was amazing, and very handy for transport options. The breakfast and general dining facilities were outstanding. The entire property complex oozed class and comfort.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The staff were very helpful and did everything possible to make me happy. I asked for a vegetarian breakfast which was fantastic. The room was beautiful and the whole building is very new but still breathes Japanese history due to the refined mix of old and new. If go here you need to know that it is a small place, so don't expect a big fancy hotel. You have your own bath room, but you have to book the time slots for the sauna.
