The room was perfect for two of us, and Papa was so kind to drive us to and from the Myokokogen station and the mountains, and also on some errands which was so kind. The onsen was amazing. Super helpful owners; location is OK, pick up from the railway station. The room is clean.The breafast was delicious and exceeded my expectations .

Located near the centre of Akakura and only a 5-minute walk to ski lifts, Hotel Myosen offers accommodation with separate hot spring baths for male and female. Free public parking is available near the property, and free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Our stay at Hotel Myosen was exceptional. We loved the breakfast each morning, the quiet building, comfortable beds and most of all the natural mineral water onsen. Soaking after a day of skiing was a treat. The staff was very helpful with directions to get there and also helped us ship our giant ski bags onward. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend Myosen to anyone.
