Eugene always made sure we always had a cocktail by the pool and Gilbert made sure our room was super clean. Our diligent driver Jackson took us to see nearby parks and even went on a walk with us. A special commendation to the spa - we definitely had our White Lotus moment with the Serene indulgence treatment. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates taste and excellent, but not over-the-top service.
