Stayed at this family-run guesthouse/hotel for one month. Zero issues. The room (with balcony overlooking a backyard) was spacious, clean and quiet. There's also a restaurant on premises that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owners and staff are super friendly and accomodating. Can arrange a reasonably priced taxi wherever you might need to go. Any other questions and concerns are eagerly answered and helped with pronto. Very laid-back atmosphere overall. Right outside of the hotel on the main road there are two fruit stands, a masage salon and a couple of good mom&pop grocery stores. Easy access (3-5 min) to the ocean and Coconut Tree Hill. Mirissa Beach is a 13 minute walk. Evening/night time the area is pretty quiet as all nightlife happens ~2 km down the main road. Definitely worth the money!
