I can definitely recommend this desert camp which is, I guess, a midrange option in Erg Chebbi but with an excellent value for money. We stayed two nights which i wholeheartedly recommend if you have time. The staff are awesome and friendly, the meals are very tasty, the bathroom is clean and always available, sandboarding is available for free. We rode camels on the way there and took a 4X4 on the way back and an took an interesting 3 hour tour to the nomad village and other interesting local sights. There are even lots of animals from cats to goats which makes it super interesting for children.

Buffet and vegetarian breakfast options are available at the accommodation. At Auberge Palacio Sidi Hamza you will find a restaurant serving Moroccan cuisine. Vegetarian, halal and vegan options can also be requested.

Speaking Arabic, English, Spanish and French at the reception, staff are ready to help around the clock. The location was extraordinary, nestled on a hill amidst the authentic Zaouia of Sidi Hamza. The place was true to Amazigh architecture, decoration, cuisine, and hospitality. It was like traveling back in time: the peace, the quiet, the wild beauty of the mountains, and the warmth of the people. Laarbi was a fantastic host who readily shared stories about his culture, his travels, and his projects for the village with a delightful humorous twist. Our promenade within the zaouia with him is a treasured memory. We will definitely come back again for a longer stay this time.

The unique dome accommodations offered breathtaking views of the surrounding desert, and the hospitality was top-notch. The staff made us feel right at home, and the stargazing at night was simply unforgettable. I highly recommend this camp for anyone looking to connect with nature in a cozy and comfortable way

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation features full-day security, room service and currency exchange for guests. We stayed at Hôte Sahara & Spa Tadighoust on our way from Fez to Merzouga, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The setting is just beautiful—a real oasis with palm trees, and such a peaceful, genuine atmosphere. Pierre and Amina were the perfect hosts. They were super friendly and welcoming, and it was clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. Amina’s dinner was excellent—a nice change from the usual Moroccan meals, and we especially loved the pasta that Pierre made for lunch on our departure day. It was simple but absolutely delicious! The house is really interesting, blending traditional elements with Amina’s personal touch—her paintings bring the whole place to life, adding color and character to every corner. On top of everything, Amina gave my wife a really nice massage treatment, which was the perfect way to unwind before continuing our travels. The best part? Seeing Pierre and Amina laughing together—their energy made the whole experience feel even more special. We’re already planning to meet up with them in Italy this winter for a snowmobile ride!

The camp IS just fabulous , very comfy tent with private bathroomans shower , WE had dinner and breakfast hère nice and tasty both of them . The staff are polite , helpfull and kind . Plus an exilent communication before arriving. After dinner very nice music arround fire , WE loved it . A very nice experience with camels and quads . We came back by 4*4 to thé meeting place .
