On the morning of my birthday, as I embarked on a buggy ride to explore more of the island, our driver surprised me with a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday." It wasn't just the song itself that touched my heart; it was the thoughtfulness behind the gesture. The resort's activities were equally impressive. The pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters provided the perfect backdrop for a variety of water sports and excursions. I took advantage of activities like snorkeling with nurse sharks. Shan, our guide, made sure the experience was not only safe but also exhilarating, leaving us with memories to last a lifetime. And let's not forget about the underwater restaurant! Travel coordination was easy with Cinnamon making arrangements with hotel teams back in Hulhumale. Speedboat took about 1hr20. Bring ear plugs or better yet great music to quiet the motor noises. Everything was just great, it was my second time in 2 years in this hotel and I couldn’t find anything disappointing, team and management are really taking care of the island and hotel. The speedboat ride was an experience in itself, especially on our return journey, which became even more thrilling as we navigated through the aftermath of a thunderstorm.
