We loved our stay at Fernanda & Fernando’s lodge boho-chic style in the middle of flowers, greenery and eclectic decorations. We first stayed in a double room then moved for the last 2 nights to the room with king bed and kitchen, which is a worthwhile upgrade. The hosts and their staff work hard to keep this huge compound welcoming and clean, it seem to have further expansion plans. We could not use the beautiful pool as water was a bit cold (normal during this season) and did not eat at the restaurant as it closes at 5-5.30pm, too early for us after spending the day visiting the region. The village of Huayapam is an excellent surprise. Great location just 30min from Oaxaca center and easy starting point to visit Monte Alban, Mitla, Arrazola, Hierve el Agua and so many other fascinating places. Tiny but super cute with amazing restaurants, esp the family run Luz de la Luna (we live in Peru and the food and cocktails are at the level of some best Lima restaurants). Huayapam and its friendly inhabitants are worth being much better known and supported! Mil gracias y suerte!!!

Everything was wonderful from check in to checkout , breakfast included was very good and excellent service, pizza restaurant at night was the best we had was delicious, rooms are very clean and comfortable 👍 Luis at the front desk was AMAZING, doing everything to make ours stay comfortable, speak very good English and help us with all questions we had as it was our first time there , we will be back next year for a longer stay because this place it’s a little hidden gem ❤️

The room and the hotel is very decorated and clean, the staff were very kind and friendly, and the service was beyond our expectations. We celebrated here our honeymoon and it was wonderful. The breakfast is very varied and tasty, the location is great (quiet but still close by a short ride to la punta and Zicatela). Everything was just amazing. We’ll definitely be back in the hotel :)

Casa Lu Hotel Boutique offers an à la carte or American breakfast. Incredible view. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were so helpful. Marco helped me so much to book a taxi with a credit card (because I’d forgotten to bring enough cash). So glad I stayed here! I’ll return as soon as I can.

Everything just feels so well thought out, relaxing, modern, clean and fresh! The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are spacious. It’s a great hotel for families.

This 3-star hotel offers a bar. The accommodation provides a concierge service, and organising tours for guests. I spent a week at Hotel Descalzo and I had the best experience. The hotel is beautiful, walking distance to anywhere and right on the beach. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast at Gula Gula was delicious and their little beach club is great as well, food, cocktails... You don't have to go anywhere else if you don't want to! It was a dream and I will be back same time next year!

Samora Luxury Resort offers a hot tub. The area is popular for snorkelling, and car hire is available at the inn. Samora is a perfect location to relax, located at one of the best beaches of the area. The staff is forthcoming and very friendly. We felt immediately at home. The room exceeded our expectations, with nice ocean views. We definitely will come back!

Un Sueño Cabañas’ restaurant and bar is 15 metres from the property and serves for breakfast and lunch seafood, salads, pasta and steak-style dishes. Within 200 metres, guests will find other food options available, like coffee shops and restaurants, in San Agustinillo. It's the perfect beach location: on the beach. No road, not even a pedestrian road between your cabaña and the beach. Very authentic. Quiet location, no beach parties or anything like that. I highly recommend.
