Fell and hurt my elbow in the lobby and they took great care of me, even later sent flowers and fruit basket with a card to my room. Very kind staff from the guys at the door to the gym staff and room service. Will definitely be back!

The staff (Bell from Atas, Kiky at Reception, Wendy from UrSpa) were hospitable and provided us with care. The breakfast was truly exceptional. We stayed in the hotel for a week and everyday there is something new for you to have for breakfast. The hotel is clean. It is located near KLCC were you can go and visit Aquaria.

Breakfast is available, and includes buffet, à la carte and continental options. Breakfast should have been included in my room - that is what I selected - but when I arrived it was not. Also my room was almost twice the cost of my colleagues - that is not OK. We should have the same rate.
