I could go in my room and get comfy & then directly downstairs after 20mins to enjoy an empty & most pleasant spa atmosphere. Big love!

He is a very valuable person to the hotel, such care and a friendly happy personaluty, he made us feel very special and welcome there. All the staff were very friendly , and helpful , our cleaner greeted us every morning too , the reception staff were also very pleasant and the breakfast staff were very cheerful and helpful, this hotel has excellent customer care

Rooms are very spacious, well equiped, nicely decorated. They rather feel like an appartment instead of a room. Staff very helpful and in line with 5* standards. Good for a city trip, but also long stays.
