In addition, he surprised me by upgrading my accommodation to a villa close to the pool, which was a wonderful bonus. The level of service and attention to detail at the Mirage Resort is truly commendable. When I expressed my desire for a hairdresser, the staff promptly organized for a skilled professional to come to my room and take care of my needs. This convenience and personalized service made me feel pampered and well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel's dining experience exceeded all my expectations. The dinner offerings were not only delicious but also showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal, and the variety of options ensured that there was something to please every palate. The attentive and friendly service by the restaurant staff further enhanced my dining experience. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager on two occasions. His friendly and approachable demeanor impressed me, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about the satisfaction of the guests. It is rare to find a manager who takes the time to interact with guests personally, and his presence added an extra touch of elegance and respect to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Situated right on the beach of Hammamet, in a beautiful garden of 12 hectars and close to the city centre and the Medina, Hotel Bel Azur Thalasso & Bungalows combines a lovely setting with comfort, great service and a good range of facilities for all ages. There were a bit complication to the booking bec i am pregnant but the staff in the reception specially the young woman gave us an upgrade to Royal Azur which is an amazing experience we had in Hammamet. We cant thank her enough for such help. We are for sure coming back.
