The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was amazing. Lots of walkable dinner options. I could not imagine visiting Göreme and staying anywhere other than here - the experience was flawless. The room was even better than the pictures. We tried the hamaam located within the hotel, and it was wonderful.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel in itself is wonderful with amazing facilities. I unfortunately fell sick during my stay here and the staff took care of me by constantly checking on me, sending me medicines and teas as and when required, just like a family. I was left speechless. One of the staff, Mr. Ahmed, took care of everything to make our stay even more comfortable. Kudos to his service and continued support. The breakfast spread was incredible with changing menu each day and the hotel's restaurant - Turkish Ravioli serves very tasty traditional and also fusion dishes. The stay is worth every penny you pay. Loved it.
