The room and the bathroom were very spacious and recently renovated. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it couldn't have been better. Just about one minute down the road was the main street with lots of great restaurants and pubs with live music. The breakfast was included in the price and we had a great Irish breakfast.

The hotel staff and the staff at the bar and restaurant was very friendly and helpful! We also got a free upgrade to a better room which was a nice plus :) They made sure that we always had fresh coffee and black tea in the morning and clean sheets :) It is only a 15-20 Minute walk to the city centre of Killarney and there is plenty of room at the car park in front of the hotel. The dinner we had was excellent, especially the dessert (Trifle) and the Pub belonging to the hotel was very cosy :)

The staff could not have been more accommodating. Very pleasant receptionist and barman. The food was lovely and the service was fast and reliable. Check-in was easy. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and spacious with plenty of towels and a clean bathroom. Cannot fault this hotel at all.

We stayed one in this hotel and we had a great time! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms are large, comfortable and very clean; the breakfast was very good with tea, coffee, jam, bread, croissant, bacon, eggs, porridge, fruit, ham, scusate and cheese. Highly recommended
