They were available and welcomed us at 10pm checkin, for which we were grateful. Even have elevator. Breakfast was in lovely Breakfast room with kind waiter. The area seemed safe and clean.

Have stayed before but ate at the restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed it - simple local produce - and with their own wine which was great. Definitely lifted the stay. proper machine hand made coffee in the morning was a bonus too.

Locality is perfect - no problem with parking inside the hotel lot. Two kilometers away form the tram station - the best option for travelling to Florence historical centre. Quiet room.
