We liked everything! Location, area, atmosphere, breakfast. But the main advantage is the stuff! Thank you for your welcome, hospitality, professional approach, and kindness. They gave us better rooms, place for parking near the hotel, explanation. I travel a lot, so I can compare. One of the best or maybe the best stuff I have ever met! Thank you very very! Casa Camilla exceeded our expectations from the beginning on. Beautiful design, a lovely room, great breakfast and amazing staff! The breakfast is getting served and even though a buffet would offer more choice, you get what you need and this is more than enough. The small team was very nice and I would like to mention Monica and Ivan who made our stay unforgettable. Grazie per la splendida vacanza!

Fantastic location (hidden gem) overlooking the local lake, had evening meal on restaurant terrace lakeside food/service was outstanding, reception staff fantastic/welcoming (good English) excellent quality and value. Worth noting Mergozzo is slightly away from lake Maggiore but quieter more intimate and much better value. Mergozzo is a fantastic place to spend a couple of days, also good for enjoyable overnight if travelling via Simplon pass, will stay again.
