It’s a small hotel which is quite old but room and facilities are very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful and both breakfast and dinner provided at the hotel were plentiful and delicious.

The check-in and out was straight forward. The place is very spacious, could accommodate more than 6 people. Located in a small road with parking space for our minivan. Highly recommended!!

Jinya was so cosy and larger than expected. There was only 2 of us but they had 3 beds plus a pull out couch. It was a little Oasis after coming from hectic Tokyo. Wish we had stayed another night here. Just a short walk from the station, restaurants, 7/11.

Great place to stay because of numerous services this hotel provided. First of all: free transfer from Kawaguchiko station. Second: convenient luggage storage point. Delicious Asian and European breakfast, a lot of amenities. And of course super easy free transfer service to a lot of destination around. Completely recommend

I liked how the hotel was very modern. The checkin was smooth and the staff were very nice. The room had everything we needed, had ample space for me and my husband. The toilet and shower was big enough. They provided comfy pajamas which we loved. Has free parking and a public onsen.
