Very good value. Large clean room (fridge, aircon, TV with a dozen local channels and 3 in English, bedtable plugs and light switch, clothes rack, table and chair for laptop, kettle) Good mattress. New towels and bed sheets. Nice complete WC/bath. Toiletries, tea, coffee and mineral water daily. Enormous very diversified self-service breakfast, local and international, positioned next to the river, around the corner to night food market, also many eatheries, next door to a reasonable priced mini market, less than 20 minutes’ walk to most attractions. English speaking very helpful staff. Good Wi-Fi. Motorbyke parking

Lisa, the staff member.was amazing. So understanding, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, multi lingual. The price is very reasonable for a deluxe room that I stayed on the 4th floor. Good size room( as expected)with free WiFi ( great reception). Lisa made us feel safe and very welcome at the hotel. Very hard worker. She was up to ensure all the delicious breakfast was prepared and ready by 7:30 am. Lisa would be there to ensure if we needed anything by around 11 pm. at the front counter before we went back to our rooms and retired for the night. She works pretty much every day. We told her, we are here to trace our ancestors' steps and the location of where we used to live in Vientiane. The location of this hotel was perfect, close to everything. I didn't realise, I used to live next door to this hotel 47 yrs ago. My late grandfather's place was about 500m away, so it was easy to locate. Because of Lisa, I will tell all my friends about this hotel and expect the great hospitality from Lisa and her staff. I told Lisa I would stay here again on my next return. Lisa is the person wearing a black top, always smiling in the photo I've attached. Regards, Dean from Australia
