Furnishings and fixtures are all relatively new. This is a family run hotel and everyone was extremely nice. A special thank you to Roberta and Giulia working the front desk. I visit Roma several times a year and this is now my go to place. It is always people that make a moment memorable and all who work here contribute to the experience.

I loved the location as it´s 10 min walk from Termini central railway station, so you don´t need to take any transport after you arrive from the airport or in case you would like to take a train to another city. also it´s close to the city center and it´s a walkable distance. the view from the window was phenomenal, i´ve never experienced something like this,pure beauty and history. the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. i appreciate their extra support, they really care about your stay. Also you don´t have to pay extra fees for late check in or early check out as it tends to be a common practice in Rome. but it´s not the case for this hotel

Everything went well - the hotel is within easy reach of Termini station (and with a Metro stop even closer), and also several local restaurants (the concierge recommended The Bramble, approx. 100m from the hotel). My room faced the street, but noise was not a problem and, unusually for me, I slept well my first night. The hotel serves a good breakfast that's worth taking time over, after which you're unlikely to eat until mid-afternoon. I look forward to returning.
