The location is great, just 10 minutes by car from the centre of Monterosso, yet located in a secluded peaceful place. The staff were so kind and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast staff and the cleaning team. We had a problem with our car, and they made sure to give us all the contacts and possible help, even picked us up from where our car stopped working. Overall, exceptional management!!!

Excellent place to sleep, and enjoy an unforgettable view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff truly kind towards us. There is a pool, but bear in mind it will be cold unless you go in summer. One of the things we enjoyed the most was how close the hotel was to the beach, as long as it is not raining ;)

Parking is free. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location is truly incredible. The staff were extremely welcoming and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights is the convenient shuttle bus that runs every hour, taking you down from the mountain and back up again – such a great service and a big plus for this place. The hotel itself is fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment. The only small thing – and it’s not really a minus – is that it would be amazing if the hotel had a swimming pool. With such stunning views, relaxing in a pool would be the ultimate experience. Overall, the hotel is amazing, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back again!

Getting to the hotel was extremely easy and I’m grateful that there weren’t too many stairs to get to the hotel. It’s located in a great area. Thank you to both hosts for making my stay so memorable.
