The breakfast was fresh and tasty, although day to day very similar. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Check in / out is automated and simple to use, however, I’ve always been more of a prefer a personal greeting person.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Staying in Higashi Fuchū showed us the real Japanese suburbs area and gave us the possibility to enjoy our time with locals in the izakayas. On top of that the location is extremely convenient as it is close to the station and in the morning there is even an express train straight to Shinjuku which takes only 30min. Having said that I would highly recommend the hotel because of its location, food and practicality.

Location was excellent. To access to the metro is 5 minutes' walk and to Yokohama is 30 minutes'' by metro. In front of the hotel, the shopping center, very convenient.
