Good option for budget hotel.

Amazing staff working there, very helpful. Hotel is okay, but could be better for the Novotel chain. The room was fine, we did not expect much, everything was clean. Nice pool and outside lounge, but working hours are limited. If you are staying for 1 night, you cannot use the pool in the morning as it will be open from 12.

Basic budget hotel. Free parking available around the hotel. Air conditioning. Daily cleaning. Met our simple expectations, we were happy with our stay. We did an entire day walking trip to Sirmione city centre, left the car at the hotel parking and came back late afternoon, it's not that far. Around the hotel, you can find plenty of good restaurants.

it's located right across the street from Milano central train station. There are restaurants, cafes, fast food chains, and grocery stores near the hotel. the room I chose is quite spacious enough for my family. We got a room (no 1) which has windows that overlook milano central. The staff (Billy) is really nice and really clearly explains about the hotel.

We were looking for a budget hotel close to Tirano train station to catch the Bernina Express next morning. Location wwas great. It was about 10 mins walking from the station and it was not a problem for us with two large suit cases and one carry on and a few back packs (we are a family of 3). We also loved the breakfast. The food was excellent and the timing worked for us. We could have breakfast and comfortably walk to the station to cath the train. The staff were nice and helpful.

Fully-equipped business hotel, the only one for miles. Large, well appointed room. Exceedingly good conversation with Ms. G. Kaur. Located steps away from lively restaurants, pubs and supermarkets and surrounded by greenery.

I booked a triple room and when we arrived there was one bed missing, so we waited in the room for 40 minutes while the landlord arranged for cleaning staff to come and get another bed. And in the closet of the master bedroom, the underwear of the previous resident was found. . . . Just hang it casually in the closet. This is very funny.

The location is heavenly, situated on a quiet hillside overlooking the length of the lake. The ambience was relaxed, friendly and attentive and the room (ours had a view) was comfortable and generous in size. As a family-run hotel (with the proprietors very much in attendance) the whole feel of the hotel was completely different from any chain hotel. It was carried along in the same vein by the staff who seemed to enjoy our stay as much as we did.
