Plötzhof is a quirky old home full of character and very well appointed in the kitchen and bathroom without losing any of the old charm. We enjoyed exploring the area especially a trip to the Hallstatt salt mine and the lakes closer to the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much

The house is spacious in all ways. We enjoyed the luxury of three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You won't feel cramped on the terrace either. And you can drive right up to the front door. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, the area is quiet and peaceful. The house and the whole of Austria are beautifully clean :-)

A large apartment, suitable for a family, with a balcony and a huge verandah where you can relax. Very well equipped, clean - basically, everything that you might need. It's located practically in the middle of the town, so restaurants and shops are just a stone's throw away. Plus, the owner is extra nice and caring. And a free parking spot right next to the property is a big asset.

The Moser family is very kind and welcoming (also to our dog). Despite being August, the weather was quite cold and rainy. Our hosts turned on the heating without us asking for it. This kind gesture was much appreciated and enjoyed! Good location for hiking and cycling.

The house was exceptional, as described in the detail of the booking everything was 100%, very clean, great location.We hired a car which I recommend due to location but well worth it? A garage is provided if required or just park on the extensive drive. Hot tub and Steam room were well used daily after our adventures to the salt mines, postalm ski park , the zoo and much much more by the whole family of 5 - 4 adults one child. The service and contact from the owners was perfect, and anything we needed was only a text or email away. Not that we required any help but they did advise on where to park in Salzburg, shopping etc. This home is well worth the stay and the price, the views are awsome, it was cloudy on the first day and we thought the view was good and being from Scotland thought it's just like home but when the clouds cleared WOW, amazing. all I have to say is thank you for the memories you have created for our family. We will definetely return. If I was not limited to text I could write about this property all day. THANKYOU.

One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in as a family. Extremely, and gratefully baby-friendly for our 18 month old - entranceway and stairs could be easily blocked. House was similar to a high end hotel with its many small, appreciated touches. Very clean throughout, well appointed kitchen, nice linens and good beds. Pleasant outdoor seating and swings for little ones. From train station, #1 bus drops guests a few meters from door and old town is within walking distance. Grocery, bakery, coffee and several restaurants are within a block. Thank you for the terrific stay!!
