Amazing house with lots of space and very well equipped with everything. Feels like home! 😃 Great garden for barbecue and pleasant outdoor time with your family and friends. Especially convenient for dogs, as you can just let them out in the garden with no worries that anything will happen as the garden is very nicely fenced. House is very close to many nice locations, for example only 15 minutes drive to Eibsee and Zugspitze lift. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back another time! 😃

I received an email a few days before our arrival that was in German & English. It specifically said that the spa tax is 12€ and to deposit directly into their account or cash. Then on the paperwork that I had to sign, it said spa tax is 36€. I laid the cash of 36€ on the dining table, took a picture of it laying with the paperwork and my wallet. The email also clearly stated that our checkout time is 11am and that we have their lodge until 11am. So at 10am we had a knock on our door from 2 cleaning guys asking how much longer and I said our email said 11am we need to vacate. We never saw anyone. Beware there is NO parking spot at the place, you must find your own on the street (which could end up being 2 blocks away.).

Well appointed apartment on the ground floor of an apartment house with six apartments at the edge of town. Lovely view out onto fields. Two spacious bedrooms, and a spacious dining/living room. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower. Very small kitchen.

The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were lots of seating areas inside and out the property. The location was quiet and perfect for the slopes as well as walkable to restaurants. There was also a car port, which was very much appreciated! The hosts were quick to reply and help when we had questions. Checkout was completely stress-free. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we've had with a vacation property.
