Staying in the Croft House was a wonderful experience. The view over to Dunvegan Head was stunning. Great facilities for cooking too. Electric heating system kept the home warm. There was also a wood fire. Washing machine was great as we had been travelling for over a week. We used the clothes horse for drying the clothes. We were two couples so having two bathrooms was good. Both bedrooms are upstairs. With one bathroom, with a shower over the bath, upstairs and the other bathroom, with a shower, down stairs. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Walked along the road for great views and down to the local harbour and to see the sheep and cows that wander the local area.

Beautiful home, very clean, cosy & views to die for. Margaret was very helpful & the welcome goodies especially the bread & muffins were a nice touch & delicious! Would definitely recommend to family & friends, we had a fantastic time.

Beautiful and well equipped cottage in a remote area of Skye. Which can be both advantage and disadvantage. It will take longer to get to the most visited areas like the Man of Storr but we loved the tranquility, views and lack of people. Would definitely visit again!

Absolutely stunning! We loved that it was so private by the loch. With the location being very accessible by car. We enjoyed watching the tide, the view was well worth it as we entered the home. It felt very welcoming with a homely decor. Kitchen was very well kitted out with utensils and kitchenware. Everything was perfect during our 4 day stay. Much of our time at night was spent stargazing, we were lucky that we had a sunny spell while we were there and spotted some otters bobbing their heads too on our low tide walk down the loch! Beds were so comfy they hugged us warm after our long days of walking around the island. Bathrooms had sufficient hot water for a family of 4 adults, plus towels were so plush. Honestly, Daisy's cottage is very well worth it as I have never stayed in a place so beautiful inside and out. There is a TV but we never used it as we spent our time there just fawning over the views. The experience surpassed my expectations, especially with the two friendly sheep just grazing away all day and night outside the compound.
