Home from home. Beautiful cottage, in a lovely setting with a small orchard and local wildlife visiting the garden, a place to relax. The cottage had everything we needed. Loved the 2 amazing and comfortable bedrooms. The bonus was having 2 bathrooms too. Free car parking for 2 cars. The welcome of fresh cut flowers when we arrived was a lovely touch. The extras such as the bottle of milk, Shrewsbury biscuits and Shropshire beer was delicious too. The local Spar shop in Baschurch was only a 4 min drive away, and stocked everything we needed for our stay.

This must be one of the best locations in Shrop... the river the house and the host are all lovely. Sorry about my kid talking to you for so long Dan, could easily spend 2 or 4 days here

Perfect location lovely and quiet, our dog Monty loved the paddock and had a good run round with Stanley our host's dog so funny guarding the box of dog toys he thought they were just for him😂. lovely clean spacious cottage everything you need host's Creina and Matt, really welcoming garden centre and Shawbury chip shop great for our treats. Also, it was lovely to have the guest feature for Netflix to settle down with after all the walking loads of country lanes to explore. Monty slept solid last night on our return home Would we come again Definitely and make the most of the 10%off another bonus 5 stars from us 😀

The house was beautiful. It was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent - near restaurants , shops and the river bank. The café in the shop next door made fantastic breakfasts at very reasonable prices. Our host was very obliging and looked after us very well. We will definitely stay there again.
