This stayI was an incredible experience, difficult to sum up in just a few words. Anton was incredibly kind and responsive, available whenever we needed him, offering assistance and being willing to accommodate our every need. The place was simply magical: clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Anything needed could be purchased on site (for example, barbecue equipment, etc.). The grounds feature a sauna and a swimming pool, which are simply a must-use. The house offers incredible mountain views, and every time you step out onto the balcony, you're greeted by the sound of spring water cascading from a nearby stream. My family and I absolutely loved our time here. Highly recommended!! We'll definitely be back!

The hostess and the host were very peasant. Always ready to fix any issues immediately. The location is amazing, with fantastic views. It was 10 of us, with 3 kids. It was perfect for everyone with plenty of rooms and space.

The address was accurate and easy to find with GPS navigation - no getting lost! 👍 The house is gorgeous with stunning views from balconies facing two directions All furniture is brand new and very comfortable Good quality dishes and all the little amenities you need Washing machine available The hosts are incredibly welcoming and hospitable They even did our laundry for us! The hosts treated us to homemade pastries and wine a couple of times Had the most delicious khachapuri and achma of my life! 👍 They offered sightseeing tours at below-market prices We absolutely loved our stay! The beautiful house with amazing views, new comfortable furniture, and thoughtful amenities made for a wonderful experience. The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality, treating us to delicious homemade food and offering great tour prices. Minor issues like the lack of indoor dining tables didn't affect our enjoyment at all. Highly recommend!

Quiet, beautiful place. Views are amazing, especially when the weather is good. The cottage is warm and cozy, everything is new and of good quality. Kitchen is well equipped, there is even a small coffemaker. Dogs are allowed without extra charges. There's a place for a barbecue -with a water tap and gas tank, which is very convenient. When it was raining, we enjoyed watching TV as a TVset is also very good) Regular price is quite high but we saw that it is worth every lari - more comfortable than any hotel we saw in Ajara. Hosts are welcoming. Amazing experience!
