The Villa is correct inside: Rooms, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Spacious downstairs living room good air condition The Wifi Good at ground floor upstairs the signal is not strong enough. The sea view from the villa is nice complete, the location is not directly at the beach cca 100m air-distance and cca 200m walk The communication with the Leigh was quick an efficient.

Great house, with a large territory. The owner should install a new washing machine and then it will be absolutely beautiful. There is a kitchen and a great shower. There is an air conditioner. Nearby there are shops and a town where you can eat tasty and cheap. The sea is nearby, across the bull and cows). The hostess is great, she helps with everything and you will find water, wine, beer, juice and various food. We plan to return there for a long time and clean up the trash around the luxurious house, since 3 nights is not enough;)

From the moment we confirmed the booking, the experience was nothing short of perfect!! The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive even before we arrived and It was truly a pleasure meeting the family, so friendly & accommodating making us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The villa itself exceeded all expectations – spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The garden is large and peaceful, with stunning views, and the big balcony offered the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in real life. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we truly hope to return again soon. So if you're looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle then this is a perfect place for a quiet remote location family escape! Highly recommended – both the villa and the wonderful people behind it!

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment is new (or recently renovated), and the owner clearly thought of every single detail. Wherever you looked or opened a cupboard, there were so many useful things that you immediately felt at home — as if nothing was missing, and even more than you would expect. It really felt like staying in your own home.

    Great stay! My friends and I spent 5 days at this villa and it was spacious, modern, and very clean. The lounge and kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The host and cleaners were lovely and really helpful, making our stay even better. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable spot. The views from the villas was also gorgeous!Would recommend for anyone visiting. Thanks so much again!

    Spacious accommodation with a very private pool area. Villa is situated in the middle of the east coast , very warm and so many local amenities , nearby afandou has an abundance of excellent tavernas .

    This is truly a wonderful villa. Jenny was very kind and welcoming, and always available for questions. The house is exactly as it is in the pictures; beautiful and comfortable. The location is lovely and quiet with a marvellous view. Keep in mind that you do need a (rental) car. The kids didn't want to leave and now always want a private pool on holiday :-).

    The villa was exceptional. Beautifully decorated and large spaces. Well equipped kitchen. Aircon in every room. A smart tv in both bedrooms and lounge area for when you need to get out of the sun. The pool was the area in which we spent most of our time. Big enough and the temperature was perfect. Four luxury sun beds and the whole area was peaceful and just what was required. A short 5 min walk to the beach too.

    The villa is located near (some kilometers) to the village Afantou on a hill with beautiful view to the surrounding hills and also the see. The villa is very well equipped, dishwasher, wash machine, coffee maker, etc... We spent there one week (2 adult + 3 kids), the villa is very spacious and comfortable, the outdoor private pool is pretty good. You can have everything in the villa what you need to spend there 1-2 weeks.
