The villa is astonishing the decoration every detail taken into account.. A proper place to chill and relax and a few steps from the center. The breakfast at Gioma restaurant down the road ,that was included in the reserve, is the best possible way to start the day with amazing views to the lake. I will be back definitely.

We loved everything! The house is very cozy and fully equipped — from everything you need in the kitchen to an iron, hairdryer, and more. It has two bedrooms, a main bathroom, an open-space kitchen with a living area, plus a small extra bedroom with bunk beds and another bathroom. The terrace is very spacious and the view of the sea is absolutely beautiful. Our host, Marianna, was incredibly kind — she welcomed us with water and fresh fruit, and stayed in touch throughout our stay, helping us with recommendations and anything we needed.

We had the great pleasure to spend a week at Agnanti Villas in early February, 2025. We stayed in one of the two units available, specifically Anatoli. This is a brand new villa built above Havania beach just outside of Agios Nikolas, Crete. And we are so grateful we did. This villa is perfect! And this is not our first villa experience in the area, by the way... there is a pattern of perfection here. Stunning views of Mirabello bay. High-end, modern construction. Easy access to the surrounding beauty of Crete. We have come back to Agios Nikolas for 3 years in a row and quite frankly, there is no better place for two retired Canadians to go to escape winter back home. In fact, we feel like we are coming home whenever we return to this island, so thank you Crete. George has absolutely created a lovely space. One floor, easy access for oldies like us. Sea views from the 3 bedrooms and the sitting area and a deck that spans the entire length of the villa. Inside there is a modern, large and well equipped kitchen. Everything was thought of from sufficient pamphlets highlighting the local hiking trails to binoculars for spying the fishing boats out on the water. If you are getting the impression that we are true believers in the Cretan way, you are right. And if you are inclined to seek out an amazing piece of one of the best places on earth, well here it is. And if you want to stay in a really bright and lovely villa... well you would be going to the right place staying at Agnanti Villas. I know every time we share our thoughts on the places we have stayed, we run the risk of creating competition for a location we deem to be "our perfect place in Crete". But I have to give George all his due. You really would be doing yourself a favour spending time at Agnanti Villas. Yamas!

The accommodation is inviting, cozy and pampering. Kind and generous service. A bottle of wine, fruit, drinks and other treats were waiting for us. The apartment is pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Sea view from almost every room. I should mention that it is equipped from end to end and everything is new. A yard with a stunning and relaxing view. We were two days and really sorry only two days.
