The location is perfect! It’s situated on the main strip in Monodendri, close to numerous restaurants and right across from the sea. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside balcony and watching people walk by or watching the sunset - perfect! The maisonette has 3 beds, 2 showers and 2 toilets, 2 balconies, plenty of storage space and it’s very spacious. There’s lots of room for everyone. There’s also a cot and a bed-sofa if needed. There is also a parking spot which is so important as it’s very hard to find one on the street in summer. The air conditioning worked well, the water pressure and temperature was perfect. The kitchen has many gadgets. We had fresh clean towels and bedsheets. Mr Nikos was always very responsive to my questions - before and during our stay - and he was always happy to help and make our holiday as comfortable as possible.

A beautiful, quiet place, where you can really relax. The villa is well-kept, with comfortable beds, and a large garden with access to the sea. The view from the window is completely amazing. we had an amazing vaction. the house is great for families and couples. the house is clean and well maintained. the swiming pool is amazing and great for night swims as well. the garden around the pool is super maintained and fun to hang arround. Yanis the owner is very helpful and kind. we recived olive oil, eggs and lemons from his garden on arrival. we will definitely come back.

This post does not allege misrepresentation, but rather aims to clear up some glaring omissions. The house is nice, spacious and very clean. The decor is quirky at best, and it looks like it relied heavily on donations from grandma and auntie. The graden is beautiful and well-tended, it has a bunch of herbs, lemons and figs.
