EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING - I have often stayed in Sanur; this was a last-minute pitstop before I went to the islands; everything from the villa to the friendly and welcoming staff and the restaurant was fantastic. i have even booked a week later in the year. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is also in the best part of Sanur if you want some quiet time, but there are plenty of fabulous restaurants and bars close by, and the beach is 5 minutes away

My mom and I stayed in one of the non-private villas and we had such a lovely time there. It was such amazing big suite with an amazing bathroom. It is close to so many things and the location provides free transportation in the Sanur area, even though a lot can be walked as well, it was very convenient. We were welcomed by such attentive staff and the complementary afternoon tea was so nice. It felt like a little paradise and totally wished we could have stayed longer.

We are a family of 2 (a 6-year old and a 10-month old baby) and stayed in a bungalow. First of all, I have to say I have never felt like home at a hotel the way I did at Katala. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. We wanted to stay for 8 nights and ended up staying for 2 weeks. Matteo, his wife, Maas, Juni and all the others are just great human beings. Thank you all so much for making our time in Bali so incredible. Terima Kasish Banyak! Suksma! Absolutely beautiful home with a pool and view. We only used one of the three houses on the property, so the pool area is shared with others. We had massages outside which was great. Home was nice enough to not have to leave! It felt like a retreat and we loved just spending two days relaxing here.
