Villas in Palakkad

We liked the entire property for its ambience. The morning coffee and tea sachet with milk powder were kept in abundance. The kitchen had a whole lot of utensils and fresh filter water eqpt. Toiletries were provided with bath towels neatly rolled up. Bed rooms were neatly done with a working AC and blankets. The list of useful telephone nos and wifi pw were printed and displayed well.

Our recent stay at Serenity Villa and Treehouse in Palakkad was a dream come true for my husband and me. The one-bedroom treehouse with its queen-sized bed and the spacious patio offered us a romantic and cozy retreat. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the fully equipped kitchen in the main villa allowed us to cook together, making our stay more special. The villa's secluded location, surrounded by lush greenery, added to the magic of our stay. Waking up to the garden view from our room was a delight, and the vibrant nature surrounding the property provided a tranquil and serene atmosphere. We made the most of the sunbathing terrace and picnic area, which allowed us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty. The fully air-conditioned room and the luxurious bathroom with a shower panel were perfect after our daily adventures. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, whether single or a group of friends, who seeks an escape from the hustle and bustle of life to find peace and serenity in the midst of nature. Our stay was enchanting, and we're eager to create more wonderful memories here.

the ambience and the surroundings are a treat to the tired soul.

A true traditional Kerala house. Very well maintained. With paddy fields and a typical small town/village aura, with an ensemble of trees. Peacock was our morning alarm and the personal pond added to the stay’s beauty. With 3 floors n 5 bedrooms, it was spacious for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids of 11 years age. The 2nd floor has low roof and one has to mind their head with the running fan. claustrophobic people can have issues. The top floor is a single large attic, well lit for private party. Outhouse can be used for driver on extra charges. Kitchen is well equipped for tea coffee and plates. We did not cook though utensils were available for that too. Being a small town dinner has to be ordered by 8-9 PM. The only small hurdle for us was not being able to take our 16 seated tempo traveller upto the house as the road to the house got quite narrow for the last 500 meters. All in all a very satisfying experience with the owner being ever ready to help with any query.

This place was amazing. It was adventurous plus a thrilling stay and trip to Nelliampathi for us. It was located near sky high hill which is so beatiful to view from this property. We reached here on 01 May 2024 which is our hard and bad timing in planning and to be here in terms of climate. But we were lucky enough to encounter Bison closely and an elephant which just pumped our heart beats to the core by coming very close to our car and moved away quickly. We were lucky enough to look at him that close and very lucky enough as he didnt think to attack us. We travelled as family with elders and kids to Nelliampathi. The owner is very helping nature and always available for calls and be there whenever needed him. He provided good hospitality and shared his reapect to all of our family members. We would like to come again after few months in a good season. I recommend this stay for young adults and friends as its so quiet and remote property for your fun activities. Cheers.....
