I had a nice, peaceful time. I do a lot of writing and so it was the perfect respite (for me) to just be alone after an intense week of river fly fishing with a friend/guide. Everything I needed and more was there, the minimalist decor was to my liking and the neighbors were overly-friendly and generous with food and wine. My hosts were the best...he, a technical person/me a successful technology entrepreneur and Allessandra was just wonderful to me. They took me to a doctor as my hand swelled from ant bites previously acquired and soon cleared. Perfect. The location is remote, in the mountains with great views and they provided me with a bike to go into their little town for provisions. If you're looking for a peaceful break from the rat-race well...you've found it.

I liked everything about this property: The location, the cleanliness, all the modern touches, parking was right outside the property. It was quiet, extremely pleasant, and the hosts, Giuseppe and Barbara, were so nice and accommodating. If you needed something they were there for you. And yet you have complete privacy. They are just a phone message away. And the property is just a short walk away to a thriving and lively piazza, with plenty of restaurants and cafes and shopping. Would I stay here again? Without a doubt…Yes.

L'Oasi nel Borgo is a recently renovated villa in Monteroduni where guests can take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and make the most of the free Wifi, garden, and barbecue facilities.

Everything is great here. There’s a full kitchen, a washer, a master bedroom with a very comfortable bed and an en suite bathroom. There’s also another full bathroom in the hallway. There’s a terrace shaded by olive trees and a courtyard with a pool. This is a home away from home. Maria and her daughter are just gems. If you’re coming to Monteroduni, stay here!
