Washing machine available. Friendly person who gave us the keys. In the kitchen enough stuff to coock badic meals.

We stayed in July, and for those wondering about heat/AC; the house gets plenty of natural breeze all day. And there are ceilings fans and a portable fan if anyone needs it. We personally didn’t use them cus the natural breeze was enough. Thank you again to the Maison du Yacht team for being such amazing hosts, we will certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a perfect stay in Cabo Negro 🏖️

Nothing to say except superb, quality, cleanliness, facilities and items supplied of excellent quality! Close to beach residence is small and well kept.
