This is an amazing place to stay for whoever wants to enjoy the peace of the countryside, Casa Barriada II is located in a small village surrounded by nature with easy access to the city of Bragança and close to other villages. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the decoration was amazing in a blend of rustic furniture meets modern appliances that worked really well! Everything looked brand new and very clean and it really made our stay one of the most fantastic stay I've ever had! We even had some cats making us company when outside! I'm definitely coming back whenever I have the chance! The host Alice kept communicating with me until we settled in making sure we had everything we needed. We received the code for the lock box prior to our arrival and everything went smoothly. Top notch house and if you want to explore the lovely Tras-Os-Montes and the Natural Park of Montesinho, I definitely recommend house of Barriada!

Very clean and very good use of space. Well equipped and excellent service. We would definitely recommend for a short stay (small family).

I cannot begin to express how good Helena and her home were. The facilities are in perfect condition and cleaned to perfection. You have everything you need. Multiple bathrooms, lots of towels, a wonderful jacuzzi, a great kitchen to cook in, a pool table in perfect condition, an honors bar with an excellent selection of wine and soft drinks, balconies. The list goes on and on. The breakfast Helena personally makes everyday is extraordinary. There is a very wide selection and more than enough food to carry you through lunch and provide an afternoon snack. But the best thing about this rental is Helena herself. She is charming, kind and caring in a special way. Even though I am older than her, it felt like I had my grandmother taking care of me. Her daughter Daniela is also very charming. Spending time talking to Helena was the highlight of our trip. I would recommend this worldclass rental to anyone. There is no way you could do better in Pinhao, Portugal or anywhere else in the world.
