We were even able to swim in the lake as the weather was warm. The host was exceptionally helpful and kind and answered every question patiently

We stayed at Vila Zvonice for two nights, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The hosts, Michael and Daniela, truly made the difference with their warm, personal approach that made us feel genuinely welcome—almost like visiting longtime friends. The villa has a wonderful atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the open areas, the spacious living room, and the bar, which offered a large selection of spirits. As we always travel with our dog, we appreciated how accommodating the place was—it never felt like having a dog with us was an issue. The breakfast was exceptional, prepared by our hosts and served in a charming winery. Sharing the space with other guests created a lovely opportunity for conversation. The homemade cakes were especially delightful. The location is also great. You can take walks around the village, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. It’s also just a 5–10 minute drive to the starting points for full-day hiking trips.

Ski slopes and hiking trails start 300 metres away and the Aquacity Poprad Waterpark can be reached within 18 km. Our stay was amazing! I booked some Prosecco and cake for my boyfriends bday and it was ready at arrival and delicious. We also booked the private spa downstairs which exceeded our expectations. Overall great hotel experience, would come back!
