The whole hotel is clean, swimming pool is cute. Location is also fantastic. 20min walk or 5minute taxi to the Old Town & just a straight road 5min taxi to A Bang beach. On a suburban street that is so pretty and quiet. Ignore any comments about the Rooster/Cockerel next door. It really isn’t loud and you don’t notice it. Multiple breakfast options, with portions that are the right amount to get you going for the day and leaves space to go and explore all the other wonderful food in town. The location is great, very close to the centre but peaceful. The actual house is beautiful and the rooms as well. The host is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. Everything was very clean as well. If we come to Hoi An we will definitely stay here again!

They were very helpful when it came to purchasing food and snacks. When I developed a respiratory infection, Nga helped sort me out with a pharmacist. The geckos are beyond cute. Fresh flowers galore. Introduction to foods and how they are eaten!

One of the best places we have stayed in Vietnam, clean, hot water all the time, big room, and the house is so clean and nice, you can get breakfast as well, the pool is pretty nice although it needs a bit of renew of facilities but it's ok.
