Easy to find with a helpful receptionist, good sized, well-appointed clean rooms with a good shower and decent soundproofing. Breakfast was extra cost and self-service. There was plenty of choice in terms of dairy and wheat and the coffee was welcome.

Great hotel on the outskirts of town, with ample free secure parking. Staff are excellent and speak good English. The rooms are huge, well appointed, very quiet and comfortable although our bathroom would have benefited from a shower curtain to make showering easier. The food in the restaurant is excellent and well priced.

2 or 3 days would work well
Plenty to see around the Chateau and its grounds.
Hard to get to the Armistice clearing to see the train carriage without your own car, there's no real public transport to it. But exploring the area around there could make an interesting day There's a memorial to Buchenwald that I did not get to.
The pedestrianised old town is pleasant to walk around with a great Town Hall.

It is a small nice town. You can reach all sightseeing locations by walking. It is also quite close to Paris in case you want to do a day trip to Paris. We drove back and forth, it takes around 70 minutes or so. Also you can take train. It is quite convenient.

Really lovely old town with buildings from different centuries - plus a royal palace. A vast forest is adjacent to the town with lovely villages. Lots to explore. We only stayed 1 night and had wonderful moules frites and fish & chips at Leon de Bruxelles. Very fresh food & very clean with excellent service.

Interesting attractive historic town.
Interesting attractive historic town. Lots to see nearby Inc in particular the armistice clearing. Good choice of restaurants and cafes. Although it is a minor point the tearoom at the Palais is crazy. Very attractive setting and tea served in exquisite China. But tearoom is a long walk from the Palais and has no toilet And the tea was a little cold.
A wonderful apartment, perfectly equipped with everything you may need even for a prolonged stay, with two very comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a dining table, and a terrace. It is right in the centre of Compiègne, with a huge supermarket just downstairs. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. As a side note, it is on the first floor with no elevator.
We stayed here underway to Paris. A great hotel to have a night of sleep before proceeding. We arrived around 2AM, where we were welcomed very kindly by the receptionist. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated, very stylish and clean and including a very comfortable bad. The breakfast is not very extensive, but the food itself is more than fine.
very friendly owners.
the breakfast was really good.
the location on the private property is beautiful, and its location in the forest itself is also very nice.
good for hiking and cycling and just chilling.
little living room where you can work/chill/read.
tip: restaurant rhyzome in compiègne was extremely delicious as well.

The owners were friendly and welcoming, and are on hand if needed. The house is comfortable and clean and has all that you need for self-catering. There is also secure off-street parking.
The location is great for visiting Compiegne, including the chateau and park, on foot; and by car, for visiting the Forest of Compiegne.
The apartment is in the centre of Compiegne, has two large bedrooms and a very spacious living room. We have everything for a family, a complete kitchen. Everything was perfect. The owner of the apartment was very polite. very valuable for a family, at an affordable cost.

good value for money. good breakfast. next ti the hotel two good restaurants . one had nice facilities for the kids so we could enjoy good meal while kids were entertained. also guests get discount upon showing key card. tip: visit castle in Pierrefond 20 min away
The hotel is a lovely, old style french hotel. Our room was really spacious, 2 window out to the river and an enormous bathroom. The weather was really hot but the room was super cool and quiet. Really friendly service at breakfast time and at reception.
Excellent location, near compiegne chateau and the centre of town, with all shops nearby. Easy car parking 50 m away.
Nice spacious unit, with everything available for a comfortable stay. Good wifi.
The staff were all OK and very helpful. Unfortunately staff at Campanile hotels are struggling these day to deliver a good service (which they were once able
to do a few years ago. Very sad really
This place was a treat! You may think it's just a hotel, but the rooms are amazing, unique, and very modern. The location is perfect for touring the town, and the staff are quite friendly.
