We had a free upgrade to a room with a window - well worth it! These rooms are much bigger (big enough for two people - the other rooms are incredibly small). Staff were very helpful. Cafe downstairs is very handy. Covent Garden is only ten min walk away. Tube was also about ten mins walk. I’ve stayed in a few of these and they’re always decent - definitely worth the price considering they’re in central london.
