I was satisfied with the property and apartment where we spent our time with the family. Our apartment was clean, equipped with kitchen, sufficient light & apartment was good heated during the time in February. I talked to polite personnel of the property and they provided me with additional tips. Convenient and silent location in the center of the city near the river. All groceries stores were not far away, around 5-10 minutes by foot. By the way, we have extended our stay in the apartment for 2 more days to enjoy our stay.

Perfect central location at the river Motlawa. I loved the view from my room. Room was bright but blackout curtains worked in the morning so You can rest accordinly. Very clean place. Quiet. I loved everything about it. And the price was a value.

So the location was superb. Pani Jola, who is the caretaker, is a lovely lady. She's shown us around the building and she's been very friendly. We also liked the styling of the apartment and building, driftwood touches. Kitchen is well stocked for utensils and cooking equipment. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering (nice extra: an apron). Everything a family needs for daily life is within short walking distance, including shops, a few big playgrounds and the vast Ronald Reagan park.
